You cannot get your adsense code, however you will have residual income from it if he wont change it

You should re-take up the dispute with Paypal. Provide them with copies of your sent emails and ask them to put the money back into your account. Also, list the guys name so that everyone can know to be on the look out.

If your adsense code is on the site, does that not mean that you get paid for traffic that clicks on those pages?

Yes, but due to adsense TOS , you are not allowed 2 diffrent adsense codes on one site.

    I dont understand this.

I had a legitemate dispute against a seller who never sent me a domain name, and when I put the dispute through, he won and Paypals reasoning was that they cant return payments for "digital goods" as their dispute center only applies to real goods.

you can well lock the domains in question from your adsense account, so no more banners will show up.

simply use the "ALLOWED DOMAINS" feature in adsense.

also place an abuse report to his host, to have them force him remove your "copyrighted content" (adsense code in this case) from the pages.

furthermore try your best with calling paypal from a landline-phone providing all possible proofs that you are the scammed one in this case.

    peace, HAPPPY

That sucks, I would send an email to the adsense people or try to get one of them on the phone. Let them know about this as soon as you can. I would also send some letters with whoever is his registrar for those domain names letting them know what happened.

Dont worry about adsense code, in your adsense account under allowed sites put the sites where you are running adsense, google will ignore all clicks from his domain.

He is leaving the adsense code up because he probably is going to try and resell (flip) the sites, keep an eye out in the buy and sell areas of various forums and perhaps you can catch he trying to resell and stop him.

I would suggest before going into any deal with anyone in the forum be sure he has a minimum of 5 itrades done and have positive commenting.

Make sure he is here in the forums for over a year too.

I'd be carefull with your code on his site. If he wants to, he can click bomb your Adsense code and get you banned.

Not sure if someone mentioned, but you can disable ads on other sites than those you listed. :)
Just go to Adsense Setup -> Allowed Sites.
