New blog, is my content good so far?

errr i still feel its too dull... I mean i see things much better. Maybe change the date color, the post title color, or even your codes.

But ultimately, I am not looking into your content quality. If your visitors are here for the tuts rather than design, stick with it! Let your site run for a few months

Recent'y 've just changed my blog's template, dennisquek.com. Look at the colors without the content...

 

Blog looks good, and your posts are very good for someone looking for some PHP help. You know your stuff.

Not to discourage — but 5 posts a day seems like quite an expectation. I suppose one could do it, but if it were me, I just know that I wouldn't last very long (especially in a "How-To" niche where burnout is very likely… as opposed to a "News" blog), and even if I managed to put forth that many posts a day, there's no way I could expect the quality to be top notch.

 

That's true. Readers would rather see 1 or 2 posts a day than 5 posts one day, then no more posts for a week.

On the days when you feel like writing a lot, write up a bunch of posts, then set them to drip in the future. That way you can take some days off without your blog looking empty.
