Hi I put my php files on a free host provider, i forgot the password and no longer have access to that email. I have emailed support various times and made many threads in the forum on the topic but the free host admin refuses to help me. Normally i would never justify hacking but as i did not backup these important documents, I was wondering if anyone could hack in and recover the files for me. I think this should be fairly basic so my maximum price is $20 Thanks
If hacking a hosting password were a fairly basic task, we would all have our websites hacked into daily. I'd rather be more insistend at your webhost, I doubt that there is no way you can proove that you are the account owner (contact them from the email address you have on your hosting profile or proove that you are the domain owner, for instance).
i can prove but for the last 2 months i have made 3 forum threads and 4 support emails i have had not 1 reply from their admin.
Is there a phone number to call? Continue to increase the number of contact attempts, and they will finally respond. If not, then you might be one of the unfortunate customers of cheap webhosts that provide no support and poor service.
