    hi can I use ePass Virtual VISA to fund Payoneer accounts?

    Since the ePassporte Virtual Visa is treated as a credit card and that you can load a payoneer account with a credit card so in theory it is possible. You could give it a try, I doubt there is any risk is trying.

    No, you cannot fund Payoneer with your virtual ePass. I tried this sometimes ago and failed. You will see something like "Card is rejected by Bank..."
