IMO opinion he is one of the guys in this forum that speaks the truth and is almost never biased and most of his posts are written with a good style.

 

Grizzly bears have some of the tastiness meat that I have ever tasted. A bear that has a rich diet of fish and berries cooked over a pit needs very little seasoning.
