Real Estate website Builder for sale

I'm considering selling my complete, custom-made real estate website builder. With it, you can sell custom real estate websites for low cost.

I'll also consider selling the company name/domain and marketing material as well:

    http://www.innovign.com

Here is an example of a real estate website that has been built with it:

    http://www.propertyoftampa.com

The reason I'm thinking about selling it is because I got a new full-time job with a large social networking company. I literally just launched the actual service about 7 days ago and then this job offer came up.

Please PM me if you would like a demo of the back-end and source files. Here are some more details on the system:

    Sites include the following features:

    • google analytics integrated
    • idx/mls integration
    • unlimited pages
    • word-like editor
    • custom navigation and sidebar
    • custom photo slideshows
    • custom colors and placement
    • complete "smart" lead management system from forms
    • integrated lead and contact forms
    • sydicated listings
    • add agents and broker offices
    • add unlimited listings
    • idevaffiliate integrated
    • import listings by mls id
    • open houses for listings
    • maps for listings

It takes about 20 minutes to setup a new client.

It's new so traffic is small and our first line of clients are mainly free websites we are still setting up, some have paid 200-600 in setup fees.

What really makes it a viable revenue source, however, are the monthly fees (30) is what it's priced at right now, with no setup fees. After doing research, this price has gotten the most positive feedback from existing and potential clients, but you can price the entire package anyway you like, or integrate it into your existing service.

Feel free to PM me, or post any questions you have. Thanks!

Here's a little more information on the site and CMS from questions I'm getting...

    CMS

The CMS is very feature intensive and has taken hundreds of hours to construct. It competes very well with majority of real estate website competitors. The CMS files are duplicated for each new client and a new db is created under their own account. This is so you can easily customize each client's website in addition to their basic package.

If sold, the CMS is completely and exclusively yours.

The CMS files are PHP and MySQL and are easily customized. Clients do not get access to their source files or hosting account, just their CMS. The time involved in creating each persons' account is very minimal.

Right now, I offer a custom header for each client which should give me an edge on the competition and it has allowed me to brand the service as custom real estate website design.

If you'd like to see into the source code files, let me know and I'll be happy to show you. If you'd like a demo of the client CMS, I can setup a demo for you as well.

I have created tutorial videos, in addition to FAQs, for many of the website's functions, which make it very easy for clients to use.

Most of the design elements can be customized by the user, so they don't bother you much. Just about all the content can be customized and unlimited pages can be made. There's a word-like editor to edit content.

There's an idevaffiliate system setup, allowing you to pay commissions for referrals - and real estate agents are very good for that.

Each client also gets a wordpress Blog with their website, customized to their website's colors and style.

Another note I should make, is that the customer sites have been thoroughly tested in FF, IE, IE6, and Safari.

The most extensive features from a code labor standpoint:

The CMS Style section: Allows them to customize just about every text color/size/etc. on the website. It also allows them to add their own flash graphic slideshow, change the positioning of their layout, choose from existing website color schemes (or use their own colors), and change their header image.

The CMS Page Section: Allows them to create their own pages, ajax style. They can then add the pages to their navigation bar or as a category on the sidebar.

The CMS Content Section: One of the largest parts of the CMS, allowing them to edit page content, add offices (with pics), agents (with pics), listings, open houses (which integrate nicely with the listings), their MLS URL, and manage their Wordpress Blog. Listings are have a very nice integrated keyword search for each feature, can attach to existing agents, can have up to 20 photos (pick featured too), and a lot more.

The CMS Account and Help Sections: The complete lead management system where all contact and lead form information (form their website) is input into their db, as well as e-mailed to them. The lead management system can attach listings to agents, log several details about them, is searchable by keyword or agent, and can be updated manually as well in their editor. The help section includes all the FAQs and some great tutorial videos on how to use some of the CMS' primary features.

    The Website - Innovign.com

The site has been created with PHP. It uses include files and is very easy to maintain and update.

The blog was started before the product launched to start getting some SEO. I've done about 3 weeks worth of quality SEO on the site and blog, just finishing about 4 days ago.

The domain has always been associated with website design (3 years) and has been associated with real estate website design for almost 1 year now. This should prove helpful for the upcoming SERPs.

The video on the front was done in flash and I do have the source files for. The voiceover was done and outsourced professionally which I also have a voicemail prompt for as well, he was setup as the "voice" of Innovign. I have his contact information too should you wish to use him in the future.

The service agreement was custom setup as well.

You can PM me if you're interested in pricing, a demo, or anything else I haven't answered. Thanks so much for all the responses.

Hi there, thanks for all the interest. This is the way our MLS system works:

The basic package allows the for the client to insert their MLS' search iframe URL. This is how most of the competitors do it and it's beneficial to agents because it's free.

If they'd like an upgraded solution (or if their MLS doesn't provide them with an iframe URL), we have a reseller contract with a very reputable IDX provider company. They provide the client with a subdomain that allows them to get SERP positioning on their subdomain and the company has a really nice Google Maps search UI that's integrated with their listing search as well. This company has just about every MLS you'll need.
