is there an ad network that pays for CPA?

currently we dont charge for downloads on the website, but we have been told that there are companies like www.cj.com that can pay us for the downloads ...or its a way we can earn revenue from the site?

when i logged on to cj.com i didnt understand it at all, i hope someone can help with this?

I think he might have meant "PepperJam"

 

Depending on the network once you have joined you either have to apply for each program of which some have automatic approval and some manually approve. Other networks allow you to use most programs they have.

 

There are TONS of affiliate networks out there.
