Green Tea is a hot niche to get into if you haven't already.

Site was designed by me, and all content is original and was written by a content writer. You get all files, psds, and content of course. There is also a blog I threw up. I used this site for PPC.

This site was tested over a month with heatmapping to ensure proper click hot spots in the design (for example the orange seal at the top right). Also the "More.." links help with CTR. On average my CTR to the offer site was 46-50%.

All conent is keyword optimized at 3-4% density, and I received nothing by Quality Scores of "Great" with google. Of course all content is editible via HTML.

I made decent $$ with this site, but i no longer have time to maintain it, as I have other projects that are taking priority.
