    No, it wont affect the SEO, kindly search for this keyword "security standard council" and see the first site.. it is https://...........
    as far as i know, it will not affect the SEO.

    yes it will not affect seo any more. Even most of the times https pages are not indexed becuase of security reason. only main login page is index rest is under security only.
