    Hello, I want to submit my proxy site on Directories sites. I want to know which is the most suitable category for PROXY site ???

    Each directory has different category. visit directories you will find right category there.

    There are directories specifically accepting only proxy site. So not to submit your sites there. Also if general directories dont have any option for proxy sites then you can submit it in miscellaneous or other or business and websites.
