Adsense revenue sharing is when the site has members (a site like a forum or a blog) and stores their adsense publisher IDs and displays the ads using them in a random way or any other way. Thus, all members share adsense revenue for the site.
Adsense sharing isn't what you want. What you want is something to increase your revenue. Build a new site or improve your old ones. Sharing won't help you more than a few bucks a year tops.
Try to Google for "Adsense Optimization" after the ads optimization... You need to work on your website instep to get more visitors. the best advise is to build more pages and add more quality content.

To increase Adsense revenue, the best idea would be to optimized your website published significant date, news, statistic etc. The idea is to attract more user to your site not get people involved clicking on your add. Google wants you site to be created for user not for google or getting clicked on ads. The more inbound traffic your have the more revenue you can generate.
You can find many site which give Adsense sharing but the returns are not much, you will get your ads viewed but revenue generated negligible.
Adsense revenue sharing is legal. What's not legal is a string replace on the pub ID. I think that google turns a blind eye to this for most sites but it is definitely, 100% required in the TOS that users insert the entire code and not just their pub ID. (I run an Adsense API site, which is approved for revenue sharing with Google. We're required to fetch all the ad code for a user via an API. We can't do a string replace with their pub ID. Yes, this causes major problems on a regular and consistent basis with stability. Google is God, however, and we worship their rules and follow them to the letter.) -- Leva
