is it possible for banned users to login again?

    wow after reading rules and regulations i was pretty impressed... but i have a small doubt...is it possible for a banned user to login again or can they open an account again?

    Yes, they can log in (but just see a banned message) and no, they can't make a new account (well they can but it isn't allowed).

    You read all the rules? I'm impressed too - there's a lot of them!
