Incase you decide to fund your Moneybookers via your Debit/credit card then you would be required to verify the same, incase you are uploading funds via wire transfer or receiving the same through other Moneybooker members then you don't need to verify your Debit/credit card.

Also, Incase you are looking to increase the limits on your account then you would be required to verify your credit or debit card.

To verified your debit card, When you enter your card information after that proceed what they say and they will cut some amount from your card [less then $ 3]. It will be done 3-4 business day. After verification your limit will be increase.

Yeap why not. You can receive funds from other persons.

As far as i know if you verified your account then they increase your limits so if you have already verified your account through address verification then check your limit under your account.

    DON.

You can receive money even if your address is not verified :)

Verifying address just raises your limit and so does verifying Credit Card and bank account.

Depending on your user status, there may be a transaction limit set on redemptions. You may check the limit currently available to you at any time:

Go to: 'My Account' > 'View limits'.

    DON.

Hi mudassar. This is Momin from pak. Paki CC's and DC's do not work at moneybookers because it is considered as a gambling site. All transactions there are blocked.
But you can withdraw your money in your bank. I am not sure abt this. It COULD possibly get you into trouble (for considered as gambling money)
Anyway, you can contact me for more information.

I am not sure about credit card payments but I don't agree with you on bank withdrawals. My brother has been withdrawing Moneybookers for more than a year without any trouble and has never been contacted by bank for any fraudulent funds.

So you sure can withdraw to pakistani Banks without any trouble. Though banks will call you to fill in a small form which basically serves the purpose that you've got an international wire. I'm not sure if all banks do that but Bank Alfalah Limited does that for all wires.

You can receive or send money via moneybookers now and if you want to withdraw your money then just verify your bank account or CC and you will get your money

I am happy, I am surprised that why people prefer Paypal ?? Even PayPal has high withdrawal rates than Moneybookers. Moreover, PayPal is now creating big problems, specially Limited Accounts :(

Well guys don't be very happy, Moneybookers is not very very secure either.

They could block your account for no specific reason just like they did to me few months ago. They closed my account without any reason and even after asking several times I got this answer "Your account was involved in suspicious activity". They didn't even mention what I was doing wrong and just stole all the money I had in it. You could search my thread I created after this happened to me.

I'm not saying MB is very bad, they are good but you can never trust an online Payment processor. So my advice would be to get your funds out as soon as possible to avoid any risks.
