I can't Use paypal to receive money from My country

    I can't Use paypal to receive money from My country .so I have friend in USA .can i use his address to create paypal ?& I have to access access to that account from My country Sri Lanka .How to verify paypal address please advice

    You cant use it. Paypal will check the ip where you are accessing the paypal account and using proxies won't work either. Better use an alternative pay processor like moneybookers or e-gold.

    That is true but a lot of via paypal it means they are sending money to paypal only no alternatives

    i know a way to get foreign paypal working 100% not free of course, but for driving money from it to your country, you have to find an exchanger.

    I think so its illegal to use paypal like this . Paypal don't offer my country too but my friend receive this money in his paypal and then transfer me via other resources .. You can ask your friend to do so but don't do it yourself
