why you try to buy VCC from some newbie...you can give search on DP and there you can find a lots of reputed member who sold VCC earilier...you can contact with them I am sure they will be able to help you out
UPDATE: THAT GUY IS BACK. Please make very sure NOT to purchase any VCC from a guy with low/No itrader.
