Immediately go to your paypal Resolution Center and open dispute, provide all the necessary information, make sure he has no way to defense and argue from you. If he failed to return your $$, let paypal to judge your claim. Make sure you do this within 45 days. Good luck to you.
I've opened a dispute. Paypal is currently waiting for his reply. I would assume that the money is gone though.

any one who provide the single service for more than 2months need to be checked carefully, cuz paypal will not accept dispute if the aution more than 2months.

File a paypal dispute. I did. It seems he has taken a few for a ride. I am doing a bit of a background check on him/her, and will post back here with any results.

Since you're offing a "Money Back Guarantee," then it shouldn't be a problem for you to wait to receive full payment until AFTER your pagerank goals and efforts have been verified and validated for your customers. Unless, of course, you get the money up front through paypal, and never deliver the promised product and rely on paypal to not issue refunds on "digital goods and services."

Also, his old old OLD username on dp seems to have been h8ed From his paypal, his name was Wayne something or other... but that may not be real. We need to check his itrader, find others that have dealt with the guy in other threads, get the details of contact they had, and any other paypal emails, and see what we can dig up.
