dude what kind of crap is this, You knoew the script did not work for 3 days , and then you gave me the admin info to go in and when I did the crap did not work, You wanted to offer me free hosting, I pay for a script not hosting, so all you did now just let everyone know how you scam people by telling them I give you free hosting, The guy that I bough the script and install it for me, did not even have to login to my godaddy account, and you did, it's just show you the knowledge you have on working on this,. you have 30 bucks to pay, but im not taking it, I filled the paper courts against you and the site the script was redirecting people too.. you want to call me a scammer, feel free, but do hope you have some proof, Cause you just prove to everyone how you scam people by offering free hosting to avoid paying the money back that you first was pay for.. , I pay for a working script and did not work, not you telling me is cause of my hosting, How can it be if the same script you install is working on my hosting account, I have move the original script to another directory and lawyer has taken a couple of the script.. you are really that dumb, So dont even think about sending me that 30 bucks back, cause the paper works has been file already .. what you mean you dont understand, The letter say it all I pay him 30 bucks for him to install a script that he offer to sell me look pretty good and we did the deal. within those 3 to 4 days while the check was being clear, Within those time frame, He knew the scripts did not work, But fail to mention it to me. Look at the letter he did not say the script did not work or was having issue, No diggy, I did not have access till he forward me the login information, So i went ahead and work on the site to add videos, but could not get it to work. He claims is cause my hosting, So I did not really understand , So I had another member go ahead and add the same script and it work ,, now this is the part that I really dont understand, Why did he wait till he got his money to tell me the script did not work ? if you knew something was not right and failed to report it or advice the owner, By NY State Law that is consider fraud. now you tell me not to involve the law on this, I did not have a choice being that this was pay with a company account .
if comments are allowed, just want to give my 2 cents, i guess filing a suit for $30 is not even worth it, the only ones who will be happy are the lawyers, besides i dont think paypal will release user maimons personal details as they dont want to get involved and dragged into a $30 suit. All i'm seeing here is a total misunderstanding, which should have been taken care of without the need for this kind of drama. I only skimmed through the thread , but from my understanding, he tried to do the work. The script required some chmoding which I supposed your host doesn't provide, so he couldn't do the work. I would have told you upfront and given you the majority of the money back. Maybe keep $10 for my time. It was wrong on his part to hide the truth and wrong on yours to make this thread. This isn't in my opinion a scam but more of a failure to communicate. If you two would talk a bit rather than tell each other how right you are and wrong the other is I'm sure you could come to some kind of agreement.
the only agreement accepted for this was for free hosting in order to clear the case, The guy say for 30 bucks, Im not going to sue him for 30.00 , Im going to get more then that.. paper has been filed put to work for paypal to release his name . I pay him to do a job is that simple, He said he could not do it cause of permission of my hosting ? Now how come I was able to pay a guy to install the same script without any problems ? and he did not have any problems with the permission ?
