    i have never found a site with low pagerank to have millions of pages indexed, my site has 500k indexed ,i want more, since the day i started my site i have studied sites that have millions of pages indexed, all have high pr.

    Do you know of any site with pr3 or less with 1+ mil indexed?

    usually they go something like
    pr3 = about 500k pages indexed
    pr4 = about 1 mil indexed
    pr5 = 3 mil
    pr6 = 9 mil
    pr7 = 30 mil

    i dont think there is something to do with the number of pages index in google to what PR you get =/

    im not saying that if you have more indexed pages you will get more pr, the other way around, the more pr you have the more pages get indexed.

    The right internal link structure (all the millions of pages linking back to your home page) favorizes high PR :)

    No. You're wrong. The PR is no way related to indexed pages.

    Page Rank is just what it says- " Page Rank "

    So you could have a million pages indexed, but not all of them may have PR.

    So long as your pages are accessible to the spiders, and you build deeplinks, you'll see your indexed pages count go up.

    PR is based on the quality (PR) and the number of pages linking to any page. Home pages tend to have a higher PR because all the pages in a site tend to link back to the homepage. Plus, external links tend to be to the home page unless your'e deep linking. Each page is treated independently!

    The higher the PR the more it gets visited by the index bots, and associated links indexed. Which is why your links in Digg and other social sites with high PR get indexed within days.

    So then you need page rank to get pages indexed, if you build deep links your pretty much getting pagerank to all the pages, even if a small amount under pr1 to each

    I think its just coincidence; websites with more pages tend to be more popular, hence more backlinks and higher PR.
    With more pages however you do have more internal backlinks, and a higher chance of receiving backlinks from a relevant site.
    That's not to say you can't have a site with only a few pages indexed and a high PR, but I do agree with you that a lot of pages indexed make link building easier.

    There is no correlation between Page Rank and indexed pages, whatsoever. How you came to this conclusion... I have no idea. I think your 'findings' are simply because typically, sites with higher PR have been online for a lot longer and -because of this- have more content, hence more indexed pages.
