I had so much fun gathering logos for my last client on this site I decided I'd try again! This client makes and sells custom log beds and other furniture. Here's the details: 1. Company name is Idaho Log Beds 2. Needs to have a "rustic cabin" feel and colors ("Think Jackson Hole / Wild West") 3. Please DO NOT include ".com" as part of the logo 4. Final delivery needs to have all layers in a .PSD and fonts. 5. I need to be able to use this logo on the web as well as in print (business cards, brochures, trade show banners, etc.) 6. Winner will be notified via PM and winning logo will be posted in this thread. 7. Payment method will be PayPal. I will keep this open for atleast 3 days. Will close no sooner than 12:00 Noon Mountain Time. Thanks in advance to all who participate. I'll give as much feedback as possible. Please do not try to offer services for a cheaper rate than the $50 competition. That ruins the whole idea of a competition and you will be ignored. Have fun!
Steve136: The bed in your logo looks too much like just a regular bed. e-mail2u: I like the log bed in the logo you've done, but the log background makes it hard to read the logo.
I am interested, but just want to confirm that do you accept free/stock icons? If yes than I will use google if not than my mind
Doing that is illegal.. you could get yourself and the contest holder in serious trouble. I'm interested in the competition but is it possible to create a vector logo instead of a PSD one?
a4hire: I like the bed you used, but the font doesn't feel right. KatesRobyn: I want the focus more on the log beds than Idaho tickey: I'm going for original here, not stock. I can search Google. Nora, the reason I want the .PSD is because I don't have any vector software. I guess you could create a vector one and if I like it, then I'll find a solution to be able to use it on my end.
Oh you don't like my log font! ? Well I thought I would try it. I will try some other fonts and ideas. You are requesting a .psd file because you have photoshop? I don't know what Nora is using but if you have a vector program and PS, then you should still be able to make it a PSD file and put the bed, fonts etc, on different layers.
Here are some different fonts, I tried some different western type fonts, maybe you will like one of these,
Here's my revision... all neat, and good for your company branding and identity. The image icon is a customized vector, so it's scalable.
