Did you view the "Page Source" information via your browser? It is quite possible for this to happen if they have constructed very good keywords and metatags to describe what is on the page.

Its a parked domain. Well PR8 is really a surprising. Once its expired I think like after 3-5 weeks it gets to pending deletion and then finally deleted and ready for anyone to register at normal price. However if someone has it pre-ordered they most likely will get a notice to register.
To be correct, it's a 14 day grace period, but yeah sometimes it's a bit longer, but normally it isn't 5 weeks... As far as I know But doesn't matter Greetz
