    Hello, I wanted to send money to someone in india who live in a boarding school.I want to send around $100 in indian rupees by postal mail.If you can do this, I can pay you via paypal of any exchange rate you offer and any amount of reasonable fees you want.Please let me know if you can provide such service.

    I would never send money through mail regardless of where you live. It's not safe.

    Why don't you tell that person to open paypal account :confused: This way you can send money to him directly to his/her paypal account and he/she can withdraw funds from his/her paypal account easily to his/her bank account or through check in INR. Just suggestion :rolleyes:

    BTW there is lot of risk involve in sending cash through ordinary letter and courier not accpet cash to deliver.
