    Yesterday my site was in number one position. But today I am surprised! Where is my site! Even I don’t see my site in next 10 pages!

    Why yahoo is doing like this???

    may be they are taking inspirations from google. :) and yeah,their bot is more active than earlier (i think so according to my traffic stats,do you feel the same ?)

    Today I got again number one position according my desire ‘keyword’!
    But why not for all the time?
    For this reason my traffic is going up & down for yahoo!

    Yeah its pretty much pointless to keep checking your rank, sometimes if you get an influx of new links your site will be dropped while it reenters the google evaluation (thats what I have heard and it makes sense) So your best bet is to have lots of sites for lots of keywords in lots of niches, then you will always be "safe".

    Because they are gods and can do whatever they want too do, without rules or regulations. Plus I also think that they like to mess with our heads.
    I have had the same thing happen a few times and started to get a bit paranoid, nothing you can do about it, except for keep checking.

    Maybe you got penalized by Yahoo for spamdexing... Google penalizes for sure, never heard yahoo doing that though
