Today i receive notification from GOOGLE:

    Malware notification regarding yourcompany.com‏

Dear site owner or webmaster of yourcompany.com, We recently discovered that some of your pages can cause users to beinfected with malicious software. We have begun showing a warning pageto users who visit these pages by clicking a search result on Google.com.Below are some example URLs on your site which can cause users to beinfected (space inserted to prevent accidental clicking in case yourmail client auto-links URLs):

We strongly encourage you to investigate this immediately to protectyour visitors. Although some sites intentionally distribute malicioussoftware, in many cases the webmaster is unaware because:

    1) the site was compromised
    2) the site doesn't monitor for malicious user-contributed content
    3) the site displays content from an ad network that has a maliciousadvertiser

now i have delete temp. my site but how to remove malicious code from my site.

IMHO, just delete the entire site recreate again and upload your backups into the system. This will be the safest as you really won't know what else the hacker had compromised.

Who is the host of the site? They might help you.

It does not only concern you as a website owner but also the host. You might infect others ....

I guess you're in big trouble then. You host could have fixed your problem by restoring a backup of you site and removing the malicious files. But if you don't have control over that, I guess you'll have to make a fresh new site/blog.

there are many sites been affected with a JavaScript by hacker most of them shows normal, but you will get notification even in Google search, that this site might affect your computer.

for e.g. this page is affected
www dot blueappleonline dot com / portfolio

you can search on Google for the msg.

and another interesting thing is IE doesn't display the warning msg but it is displayed in FF and Chrome
