    i dont allow anything. its not my host.
    i just pointed you to an offer of $3/month with a lot of space and a lot of bandwidth.
    what you do on your webspace is your own problem.

    NO host will allow you illegal stuff.

    you can go with some hongkong/malasya host, where copyright is not taken as seriously.

    there are offshore hosts out here but none gives 5$/m for your specs. You might have to re-consider increasing your budget.
