I have been using IRC a lot lately, and since I haven't seen a chat room for webmasters anywhere yet I decided to make one. #webmasters on FreeNode (irc.freenode.net)
So far its me and commuter hanging out in the room. Anyone else want to join? Talk about monetizing, etc.... or just talk about random stuff? We've had a few joiners and quitters so far. I do imagine there are other existing webmaster irc channels out there. Anybody know of any populated ones?
wtf? naw im not spamming. I just sometimes would rather chat to folks than post, wait for reply, post again, edit post, etc... I imagine it would have to have some spam features like autoban for links, no colors, etc...
No I meant I can't imagine how much a room like that would get spammed by bots. If it gets popular anyway.
