Adult Picture Hosting illegal?

    I want to host an image hosting site with adult pictures..I will put a front page which says if you are older than 18 join or if you aren't leave...and also i will NOT allow child pornography of course..So wiill it be illegal to host it?

    It's totally illegal. No one in the world is hosting a site with adult images in it whatsoever, pornography is 100% outlawed on the interwebz

    Why do people so often ask legal questions without mentioning either in their post or in their profile which country they live in?! You can bet your life it's illegal in Saudia Arabia and Iran! :eek:

    Laws vary from country to country. There's no such thing as "fully unified internet law".

    you have to be VERY careful because people will end up posting child porn on your server, I actually closed my image host (to be nameless) because people were uploading at LEAST 10 pictures a day of naked boys, it was fucking gross.
