Is anyone here a merchant at Azoogle, Neverblue Ads etc..?

    I have been successful with CPA offers but I have always wondered how they were able to offer such high payouts. Example $30.00 payout for a free supplement trial customer only pays $5.95 shipping. How are merchants able to do this? Do they automatically charge the customer the remaining balance if they don't return the product in 15 days or something?

    Also all the landing pages look the same with name, address, etc...Is this a kind of template that the CPA companies offer to merchants? Just wondering because my partner has developed a product that currently uses paypal as the payment processor. He is looking into joining a CPA network to increase sales. How would he convert over? Do CPA networks take care of payment processing like Clickbank does?

    I'm not a merchant/advertiser...but here's what I do know (or think I know) about the process

    1) Advertisers are able to offer a lot for a lead/sale because customers are worth a lot. The old saying goes "It costs 5 times more to find a new customer than it does to keep an existing customer." The advertiser may pay you $20 even though the customer only purchased something worth a few bucks, but that's because the advertiser expects to make much more with that new customer later on down the road. You also mentioned a free trial - That's another common offer in the affiliate world. You get paid when somebody starts a free trial...If they don't cancel within x amount of days, they're automatically charged. Blockbuster/Netflix do this. They typically pay $25 or so when somebody signs up for a free trial - They'll get their money back if that person sticks around for a few months...Some could stick around for 2 years or more...So Blockbuster just paid you $25 for a customer that will pay them over $300 in 2 years ;)

    2) The offer landing page looks like whatever the advertiser wants it to.

    3) As far as conversions are concerned on your partner's end...That's something that you and Azoogle set up. Azoogle's programmers give you a little piece of code that your partner puts on a page that all customers are sent to after they sign up/buy whatever it is you're promoting...Each time that code loads, then somebody has converted and you owe Azoogle money :p

    Will my partner still be able to use paypal as the payment processor? Also is it just a huge coincidence that all the landing pages have the same layout asking for the same info? Any advertisers willing to chime in on this one.

    Use Website Payments Pro...I think that's what it's called. That lets you process PayPal payments on your website. It's $30/month.

    Why is it a coincidence that advertisers gather the same info? What are you going to ask for, the customer's favorite flavor of ice cream?

    I mean the layout in which they grab the info name, address, etc...always located on the same part of LP same order of required fields and even same dimensions off field boxes. It just seems as if CPA have some sort of form code for merchants to use on their LP. If this was the case it would be a lot easier for a merchant to convert over to being compatible with the program.

    If I was selling ice cream I would like to know the customers favorite flavor :D
