yes i've already submitted to the directories but not in particular health directory.... I've used only Health category in the directory..

Yes I'm agree with you that how we can get backlinks if we don't get link exchange?? There is an another procedure for backlinkings i.e. one way link or via directory submission using the relevant category but unfortunately it takes a long time for adding your site in the directory..

If you know another way to get quality backlinks then please suggest me..

 

HI..During the surfing on net i found that if we download the alexa toolbar and search your site in that toolbar so many times then your site would get good traffic and alexa ranking very soon.... Is it really so easy???
