Basically my problem is that my Paypal account is under a different name to my Bank account.. But they both belong to me, They limited my account and then asked for a Credit Card, and phone confirmation and Address confirmation. I added 2 cards, and one of them I am still waiting for them to take 2 small funds out.. Still ongoing. I confirmed the Phone.. But it still says Unconfirmed in my account? It does not give me a option to confirm my address either..?
How different is your name in your bank account and paypal ? If both are your legal names then just send them a government document which can prove that both are your name.
They are both the same last name.. The Bank account is in my name.. And the Paypal account is in my Dad's name (With the same last name)
That would really be very difficult to explain. Add your dad's bank account to your paypal account and have him complete the verification process since it is his account.
The Paypal = My Dads The Bank = Mine. I have now added a Credit Card, and I am waiting for that to "Life the limits" hopefully. I have confirmed the Telephone number.. They range me, but Paypal are saying it's not been confirmed?

you have 3 options.... 1st verify your account using your dad's bank account... 2rd open a new paypal account under your name and wait 180 days till paypal let your dad withdraw the money.... 3rd forget about your dad's account and take it as a lesson.... these are the 3 options i see....
As Eddy said let your dad verify that A/c as its their A/c legally and you open another one with your details, otherwise it'll create more problems for you in future also.
Even if you prove all that I guarantee your account will not be unfrozen. You are out of your money in that account for 6 months.
