Yesterday, after 48 hours, I received a reply stating that they were facing technical problems of some sort and that they need another day to let me know the turnaround time. I am happy that they communicated with me regarding their problem.

Do you have any indication of WHEN these orders will be completed? I have been promised to know the turnaround time twice, but I still don't know when the work will be completed. I would like to have it this week if it's not too much to ask.

 

I ordered on Sunday. Didn't get any confirmation, or articles for that matter. I understand your busy but a deals a deal. Please deliver them no later than Friday.

 

Any indication? I'm starting to feel a bit left behind here... It's been almost a week (ordered thursday 28-8) and I don't even know the turnaround time! It would definately serve your reputation well to complete my work by friday; given the quality of the articles is as expected, it might well make the difference between a neutral and a negative review.

Their articles are quality and communication is fine. I was very satisfied with the articles received and they delivered on time (even before they promised, but not complaining about that ). I will most certainly give them a lot more business, no doubt about that.

so you missed the 48 hour deadline you set. and you missed emailing me to tell me when I am going

I experienced the same, but I got a reply today telling me my work will be completed by monday. I ordered on august 28 and will receive my order on september 8. Excluding the week-ends, that's 7 workdays, or 168 hours; a 'bit' different that the 48 hours advertised. It seems to me that Feelancefirm is taking on too much work at the moment Even so, I think it's commendable that they're not rushing things and insist on delivering quality at the expense of a deadline here or there.

A discount would've been nice though

Paid for my custom package on sep 3rd, Freelance said it would take 24hrs to let me know the turnaround time, have not heard anything back since...
Looks like they are having problems but I would like to have a date when they will be ready.
