    I want to transfer my adsense budget to my adwords account. Can i do that directly?

    Well I think it is not possible if you mean directly. There are many other ways you can like get the money from Adsense and utilize the same later for Adwords.

    I should wait the check and independent add funds to AdWords, right?

    I once wanted to do that and I contacted adsense support about it. They told me that, such transfer of money is not possible.
