Discussion in 'Sites' started by Joshdube, Sep 2, 2008.

    Hi there,

I want to buy a website making $2-$10 per day.

I do not want proxies, warez, forums or any high maintenance sites.

Other than that, i am open to offers.

    Cheers,

    Josh

If anyone is selling a site that is actually making $2 to $10 a day right now and meets all of Josh's specifications. for only $80 one time, I would love to hear about it too. I would be surprised if there was really such a site available for that price and if there were I would deffinately like to buy a lot of them.

Yeah, actually, I would like a site that is making $10 per day for $80. Actually, I might even go up to $85...

If you had a site making $2 a day, how much would you sell it for? That is a difficult question I know and I don't have a good answer myself. I thought about my post above and I guess when someone needs money right "NOW", like by PayPal so they can use the money right away, they may sometimes sell valuable things, like sites, for far less than they are worth, and I guess that is what we hope we will luck into in this thread.

    Hmm, that makes sense.

So what is sort of the.. Min and max price, vaguely, that I would have to pay for a site making $2/day?

$2 per day means $60 per month , that site will cost around $800 to $1000, so there is negligible chance to find sites of your specification.

You can't just put a value on a site just like that.

If a sites just been put up, requires loads of maintainence, has no PR and earns $2 it's worth half that of a PR3 site, established 3 years ago, requiring little to no maintainence - in my eyes anyway.

    I've bought a site averaged $5.5 a day for $1300

i think site which earn upto 2-10 a month would be getting 1000 uniques a day.
must be having good alexa rank. Might Cost around $400 for sure.
anyways good luck guys with your deals.

a ball park figure would be 10x monthly revenue
then you have other factors like PR, maintenance etc.
If you have a low maintenance site with good PR you could easily get 12x - 16x months revenue.
you will find some seller that "need cash fast" so you could pick a site up for as little as 4x - 6x monthly revenue, but i dont think you will get what you want for $80 ;)

agreed with the numbers, however PR is not that important, it's more about the site's previous earnings and track record

yeah, but if a sites revenue is based solely on say adsense revenue of $100 p/m but its PR5 you could instantly add $100+ per month selling links, so i would pay more for a PR5 site with revenue than a PR0 site.
