    Hi,

There's a blog online which literally copies my blogposts.
Not only mine, but all posts on there are stolen from other sites.
The worst thing is, he makes money from it with google adsense!

What can be done? This is really depressing and makes you feel powerless :(

Interestingly enough, I just finished a blog post on this exact topic. The short answer is to file a DMCA takedown notice with his host (which will cause his host to take down his entire site). If you can get all of the other owners of the posts to get together and file with you, more's the better...

    Hope that helps.

I agree with Deena, first choice would be to contact host and tell them that they are allowing someone to cheat ... however have you tried to contact the offender yourself - and warn him or talk to him about this

I would send a note stating my reservation and views, and if the person doesn't bother, move on to the next level..

My opinion - got no knowledge in the law domain though :(

contact the blogger who steal your content first.
if it doesn't work, try to contact his hosting company.

I used to use a picture of my competitor by accident, they send me email to ask to remove the pictures. If I don't remove the pictures ,they will take legal action to let me remove their pictures. Of course I get to know it is their pictures, I remove them.

    fatabbot,

The host will take him down unless he's got some kind of wish to be liable for infringing your copyright. It should only take you shutting him down a couple of times until he moves on...

Also, contact AdSense with the information. They'll fix his little red wagon...)

No revenue, no point in continuing...
