    There are many free and affordable graphic programs one can use instead Photoshop, to name a few: GIMP & GIMPShop, Artweaver, Paint.NET, Pixel image editor (Pixel32), Serif PhotoPlus and more.

    good thing i have my photoshop cs3..it helps me out on most picture editing..well i did try that program. thanks for sharing. it require less memory and process power for my computer.

    Which makes it about as useful as MS Paint :D

    If I didn't have Photoshop, I'd prefer to use www.gimp.org.

    I tried it out. I like that it is simple and easy to use. I love my Photoshop but this is much faster loading and great for basic editing task. Thanks for the link!
