    I want to sell this domain but.. I am thinking about selling it as a website.. What do you think, how much can I get for it if I sell only the domain?

    Didn't you run it by your domain evaluation tool in sig link :p.

    Your domain worth maybe $10-$40 as i see it.

    That tool is not evaluating its price, maybe I'll have to rename it :) It helps you evaluate by showing statistics.

    Yes. As you said.. it will be better if you sell it as a website. Install wordpress... write a few unique posts and then sell it.
