i have always eaten a lot of junk food and never gained weight (mcdonalds etc). but for health purposes i started to eat healthy foods. but since i have started to i have been GAINING weight? anyone know what is going on here?
probably because you used to eat only 3 tacos from jack in the box and you used to play soccer, now you eat 30 lbs of veggie food and no exercise? hope u get the point
I know what you mean. I would never gain weight when I eat junk food and when I tried eating healthy foods, I started to gain weight. Not too much, mind you but I don't understand why this happened either. Maybe because if we eat junk food with lots of fat, we get full pretty quickly which prevent us to eat more but if we eat healthy foods, we get hungry often? Just a thought. Your body is used to the crap food and when you switched to healthy food your body said' What the heck is this, I can't live from this' so it started to store fat in case you continued to neglect your body's basic need for a Big Mac.
Vegetables contain a lot of carbohydrates. Eat too much carbs and you will gain weight. I suggest eating things in moderation. _____________________________________ www.herbalspecifics.com
Good post. I appreciate it Many thanks to ur post. I love it. This is an interesting discussion. thank you for sharing
That clearly proven the difference between having junk food and healthy foods. Junk foods do not digest well. Healthy foods digests well and increase the body metabolism and makes you healthy. Because now you are healthy, you are gaining weight.
^^ You can be healthy and maintain your current weight. Gaining weight is more about consuming excess calories then what your body requires.
