Photo Uploading & Sharing Script Wanted

Where can I get a good photo uploading and sharing script? The cheaper the better.

Needs to be customizable, i.e. to set age limits (if i decide to make the site adult content), fee's to charge for different types of uploads, etc.

Sorry I didnt mean that sort of image hosting, i mean a site where people can view each other like a gallery, a sort of dating site but not dating, if that makes sense.

 

You mean photo gallery type of thing that allows rating comments and private messaging ?
