Less developed European country

    Which country in Europe do you think is reputed to be the less developed one ?
    If we don`t count Kosovo,i think Albania ,or maybe Moldova.. ?

    Probably Moldova it is. Ranks in the 130's in terms of GDP per capita.

    Malta ?! This is absurd.I think Malta is in ECC.But what about the less developed country(ies) that are part of ECC.No doubt :Bulgaria and Romania ...What do u think
