while I m trying to open my ePassport account , its showing below message but i dont have ay VISA CC or US CHECKING Account to deposit on e-passsport plz help me out , what I can do now ?
That was my same problem, but I'm now using Payoneer. It's not logic to ask you a visa card to create a visa card ! ! That has no sense. Why I create Visa card if I already have one... But in Payoneer, I don't need another card, I just withdraw payment from their partner..much easier !
Sign up for an account with an affiliate program then wait for the first time it loads to the account. That should solve the issue. If you sign up directly then you will need to go through the entire verification process which involved loading money from a credit card or from a US bank account. If you sign up directly then there is no way to load the account other than from your credit card or bank account. Some people like it this way as it allows them to 'control' their spending or to provide their children with some kind of spending money. Because it is a debit card, no one can spend more than what is being loaded. A credit card on the other end can lead you into overspending.

I didn't open yet my account , while I want to open e-pass shows above message , If my account is not created yet can I open e-pass account , if someone send me some e-pass bucks to my email , MoneyBookers have this system , if anyone dont have any account , he/she can receive bucks thorough their email , but after receiving bucks they need to open MB account with their email , so you mean , e-pass also have system like this ?
Umm that way, ask some guy to create you a gift account for you and transfer $5 to that account, ask around maybe some guy would help you. I might have helped you but my epassporte account is restricted to certain features and I can't create gift accounts.
