Pick up the phone and call them. Repeatedly. Get those fingers moving and type them out another email. I'm not sure if you followed all the guidelines for reissuing checks, but have you checked your account to see if the money (minus a fee) has been added to your next paycheck. It could show up on Sept 8th.
I am very crazy with their support system This morning , when I tried to call them again , let me show you the conversation : ( I called to ask for check re-issue after many non-respond email ) But yesterday when I talked to Laura , she said that my case would be solved today , and you see , no-one at CB company want to help their affiliater !
New Notice for any who has been waiting for them these days , I just got an email from them about my problem and they're willing to help me now . They said that their Accounting software got some errors , and now they've fixed it .
