    You can but it does not carry the weight of the homepage. To the contrary, it's a rather weak link from all the bleed and you're much better off hunting down links that are relevant to your content.

    Page rank 10 is a topmost standard according to the Google Parameters. if your site page rank is 10 it means your site contain all the valuable information.
