Banned from DP but online.. how ??

    I just saw this while surfing around at the BST section, the guy/girl is banned but the green dot on right side of his username is on, doesnt that mean he/she is online? And while checking his/her profile page it shows that he/she is online right now too.. Strange

    Maybe they are just banned from posting / replying.

    Well when someone banned from DP he can't see anything except his ban message only so that means he is online on DP.

    Well, People can sign in while they are banned, But can't post.

    That is what I read before when I asked the same question.

    Oh.. I have never been banned "Knock on wood" so i thought you could not log in at all here when banned.. so you can actually be online while banned and read posts, can you PM people then?

    They can log in but they can only view the message/ reason why they were banned.
    DP recognizes the member as online. So, that is the reason.

    Well, anyways, you have so many answers to your thread..... Do you still need more answers :)
