Am confused, a lot of people say that warez linking isn't allowed in USA, but few providers ( I know for sure about caro ), allow warez linking.

So what is true, is warez linking allowed or not ;) ? ( sorry, I know this is pretty much stupid question, I am from eu :p )

i myself confused by this too... last time from what i heard is not allowed at all, not even linking it...
but now a lot of hosters offering servers that allow warez linking (VPS / Dedicated) on US land..
hope the gurus can give the right answers..

Plenty of hosts in the US allow warez linking. Just because they allow warez linking doesn't make it legal though. What you need to be worried about is the DMCA notices that are going to get sent if you run a warez site and possible lawsuits/legal issues.

Whether or not it's legal, it really isn't good way to start building a successful business...

Exactly, One DMCA and your pretty well in a hole. Once they start they never seem to stop  Sort of why it's always better to go offshore for those kinds of sites.
