Investors needed- 10% ROI- Invest in something with potential!

    Hello,

I am currently looking for investors for my project. I can't really disclose much publicly, but I will a privately. You will be required to sign an NDA and then we can discuss everything.

    What do I need?
In total, I need $2,500. I am really not looking for one person to give me all that money, but many small investors.

What's this website have to do with?
This website is in the "mobile" sector of websites. It has everything that is needed to become huge, and I have one idea that will blow all other competitors out of the water. It's pretty vague, I know, but I can't disclose too much here.

    What's the timeline?
Timeline looks like this. Within 1 month, .com and .mobi will be fully developed. After that, BETA testing begins and then once we conclude that it is working well enough for public release, we will open our doors to the public with an aggressive marketing campaign.
You will be paid back within 6 months, but most likely sooner. 6 months is the safety in case something goes wrong. Something going wrong is extremely doubtful as I have done months of research and can finally conclude that I can make this work flawlessly.

    ROI
The ROI is 10%. So if you invest $50, you get $55 back.

How do I increase my ROI?
If you would like to increase your ROI, you can refer investors. Each invesotr you refer, your ROI goes up another 10%. For example, if you invest $50, and refer 3 investors, thats a 40% ROI and you would get $70. We are going to set a maximum referal number to 5.

    Why should you trust me?
I know, trust is a HUGE issue on these boards. It sucks that left and right people get scammed, and I have had my fair share of scams.
-I am verified PayPal and have been for a few years now
-I have 16 iTraders, all quality deals. I didn't sell an ebook for $6 and get 80 iTraders from that one product.
-I won't risk my reputation here for $2,500. I've been asked to sell my DP account for $4,000 but I said no because I know people know who is behind this account, and I would not let my reputation be tarnished for anything.

What should I do if I want to invest?
I need about 50-100 investors, so getting them is going to be hard. If you want to invest, PM me, email me, or add me on MSN. Please PM me first though. Any questions- post in this thread.

Any questions, feel free to ask. I do have the NDA ready to sign, so anybody who is interested just let me know. Please try to post questions publicly, and I will answer them privately if needed.

    Thanks
    Mike

Yea they PMed me here from a noob account and offered. It was shady anyway, plus 4k isn't worth it to me for my reputation.

6 months is the maximum time it would take, that's just a safety. As with any business, there is no garuntee. If I was to say I could pay you back, without a doubt, in 1 month, I would be lieing.

We will keep in contact with weekly email updates.

    Thanks
    Mike

10% ROI is unusually high, almost ponzi scheme high. How can you ensure our investment is safe?

10% is so its worth it for you. I don't think anybody would wait 6 months for a 5% ROI, i.e. you invest $50 and you make $2.50- it just doesn't seem worth it for potential investors.

Garunteeing your investment is something that you're going to have to trust me on. I do have other means to pay the money back, for example I would easily sell my car in order to pay my investors back. My job would support paying you back too- I just don't have 2.5k to drop on this website and still be financially stable.

    Thanks
    Mike

I wouldn't say 10% is high enough to say its a scam.

I can put money in the bank and get 4% back in 6 months, and banks are renowned for being low interest investments (though extremely safe)

So you have an idea... and need start up capital?

No offense, but only $2,500 ?

That is nothing... that is baby cash... what would you possibly need that for?

    Sorry to sound not positive...

But if you do have an idea, and you taken steps to get financing, congrats... at least you are taking action.

Good luck, make sure you are not "the first people doing this" because most likely if your the first, it's not gonna be successful.

Exactly! Why would I offer lower than 10% if someone could do the same thing without any risk. This site is very low risk, as I will definately be paying you back, its just tough to convince people that

$2.5k is a sizeable amount of cash to start this website off. If you want me to release this website with every feature I plan on having down the road now, probably 5 million initial would do.

Hope that stays true for me!

    Thanks
    Mike

Please keep your comments to yourself. 10% over 6 months is not a HYIP, get your stuff straight before you go LOLing on my thread.

What do you need money for? If you know how to build the website, where will the money be spent?

The money will be spent as follows

    -$2,300 on coding
    -$200 on BETA testing

I know there's no room for a marketing budget there, but I already have a few marketing plans that will cost pennies on the dollar and will give my site the initial boost that it needs to start making money.

    Thanks
    Mike

Why dont you get a loan for $2500 from a bank or charge it on a card. Whats the point of getting investors for that little amount.

Agreed. If there is anything to your business plan, then any bank will give you a loan for that amount without hesitation.

Team up with a coder. If there's any who like your plan they might do it on an upfront basis, given they'll get however much back later (if they quoted $2000 for upfront, they might want $2500 if its pay-later)

just get a loan, pay it off over 2-3 years, youd need to pay like $20 a week or so...:)

and if your idea is as goood as you say it will be, you can the loan bank in a few weeks/months.
