you need programming languages not just css to create it, if you want to receive messages from the site in your mail. There are plenty of cool scripts that check the form fields for crappy symbols etc on hotscripts.com. i would say go there and try to understand the functions that are involved. the most important one is of course mail() (if its PHP)
