    Is this one is right?

    I found a site:
    User-agent: Lycos
    Disallow: /admincp/
    Disallow: /modcp/

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /admincp/
    Disallow: /modcp/

    Is this site Dofollow?

Digitalpoint forum signatures are dofollow. Just open the source of any page and check that a href doesn't have rel=nofollow.

    Don't confuse <a rel=nofollow with robots.txt/meta robots nofollow :)

check it's source code find if there's any "no follow" tag on the code, but i think DP is a do follow forum.

That particular piece of code is simply asking robots not to crawl through the admin and mod control panels, as they wish to keep them away from prying eyes.

There is no mention in there asking robots not to follow links on DP.

I think that there prevails a little bit of confusion down here. Robot.txt let crawlers know if you want to get the web page index and followed or not. While in the case of a link, a rel=no follow is used, so if you view the source code of a page and find rel=no follow then the links are not followed. By default the crawlers would follow the link. Hope this helps.

rel=nofollow is used for particular links on a page
meta robots nofollow applies to ALL links on a page

So if a page shows a meta robots no follow, I fear all the smart add ons won't work to detect it and you need to look at the source code.
