I have my keywords and beleive me in this field its pretty pricey (6-9$ a click!) Anyways, my company site I have made a contact form that is on all pages to the right. your page is under average... look at your competitor sites, they have better ones. I was the campaign manager for all covered for many years I am very familiar with this niche... You need deep pockets and a very expensive service plan to stay afloat.
