Am i violating Google Adsense TOS?

    Guys,

    Have attached the screen shot of the adsense placement I use in my site. I have a border less link unit in between my navigation links with the same color scheme. Am I violating Google adsense? Please have a look and let me know! :confused:

    As requested i have given the flickr image instead of attached images, here is the image URL,

    Upload the image to an image hosting service, it doesn't open this way.

    It looks borderline to me.
    Did you labeled those ads as Adversiment? If so, you may be safe...

    If you have to ask maybe you shouldnt try it. The way Google bans people I wouldnt do anything that they may even get a little upset with.

    I haven't mentioned the ad anything as advertisement. hope this image would give u a clear pisture. Looking for more guidance.

    I think its allowed as per Google TOS
    But why take risk
    Google ban people without almost any reason, never take ricks, try e-mailing them to clarify.

    Actually, seeing it larger, it's better than I thought. I would move it to the bottom of the bar so it's not sandwiched between very similar-looking content, but I think you're safe anyway.

    Against TOS. You can live with it 5 years or get banned right now. But definitely against TOS.

    I don't honestly see why it would be a problem since it clearly does state that the ads are by Google.

    Yes me too. recently i have found my site was not in Google SERP anywhere. http://www.car-loans-source.com/ here is the URL. only think i have changed recently in the site is updated the word press theme to the latest version. and included some plugins. (Feed Count, All in One SEO Pack, Google XML Sitemaps and Adsense Manager)
