Why does Google change rules from time to time?

    Can anyone tell why Google change rules from time to time for giving PR? I'll appreciate if somebody can tell and explain the reason behind it. Also how frequently Google change rules.:confused:

    I donno what you are trying to say, but i think yes, they timely update their PR calculations,
    and accordingly they give yur PR.
