The US is replacing the F-16 with the F-35. The F-16 is already 35 years old. The US has far better equipment than the Russians. The Russian navy has completely declined and faces 12 US aircraft carriers and 100's of new US warships. The US is the #1 Naval Power in the world. The S-300 is no match for modern US warcraft.
